1. Price is fixed & non-negotiable.
2. Measurement and design may be slightly different.
3. Payment has to made in TWO days once get the total.
4. Once item are sold, no refund & exchangeable shall be made.
5. All items price do not include postage.
6. No cancellation after transaction are made.
7. Colour may different due to monitor resolution.
8. Items will only sent after payment has been made.
9. Order(s) will be cancelled automatically if payment is not made within 2 days time.
10. Buyers had to inform us once transaction has been made.
11. Do inform us once items are received by you.
12. We may amend Rules & Regulations as and when necessary without any prior notifications.
